Ordering, Shipping & Refunds
ORDERING
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
While Larissa Great-Rex Design makes every effort to only display items that are in stock and available to ship to you, there may be instances from time to time when an online option may have run out of stock. If that is the case your order will be fully refunded and we will contact you to discuss alternative options that are available or custom items that can be made for you.
GB mainland shipping by Larissa Great-Rex Design is free.
For customers shopping outside of mainland GB, additional shipping, taxes and handling charges will apply.
Flat rate shipping costs to non mainland GB - including The British Isles and Channel Isles is £80. Flat rate European shipping cost is £150.
Worldwide shipping is available - Price on application.
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. If you do want to reserve something get in touch and we will be happy to chat about holding an item for you.

PAYMENT
Larissa Great-Rex Design accepts all major credits cards, Visa Debit, Visa and Mastercard for payments.
SHIPPING
Larissa Great-Rex Design ships within mainland GB for free on all large furniture items. A personal delivery service, ensures your custom item is delivered to you in the best condition and completes your bespoke experience of shopping with us.
All smaller items are shipped using courier or postal services for free within mainland GB.
For customers shopping outside mainland GB, additional shipping, taxes and handling charges will apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase.
Shipments outside of mainland GB, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be dispatched and shipped.
All international shipments are sent with a proof of delivery confirmation and the buyer takes all responsibilities of lost items.
Worldwide shipping is available - Price on application.
You can choose local pick - up if you are based in Manchester and prefer to collect your items from our showroom in person.
All mainland GB orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 3-10 business days. We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item.
RETURNS
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however if you do wish to return an item it can be returned to us within 14 days, but please contact larissa@rexdesignroom.co.uk to inform of your item being returned.
‘MADE TO ORDER’ FURNITURE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, have their original packaging and all tags must still be attached to the item.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, we will not cover return shipping charges. Please use a trackable shipping service (and/or) purchase shipping insurance when returning an item.
After 14 days we will not offer a refund or exchange.
EXCHANGE
Only items that are damaged or defective will be replaced / exchanged.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is eligible for a refund, your returned monies will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed from the moment the returned item is received.
